In Residential terms we deal with the sale of every sort of property from retirement flats, family homes, cottages through to large country homes and we can provide a full range of services tailored to our clients needs, including bespoke property details and advertising.

Southams are also Residential Letting Agents and manage a number of properties for our landlords in the Oundle area.
