RESIDENTIAL LETTINGS

 

Southams provide a Letting and a full Management Service, a combination of both or either. In any event the intention is to take the pressure off, in finding and managing sound Tenants to provide income and return with the least inconvenience for both Landlord and Tenant.

We will carry out a rental appraisal of the property, market and secure a Tenant, take up references, prepare the tenancy agreement, prepare a schedule of condition, then either arrange for a standing order to the Landlords account, leaving the Landlord to actively manage the property or continue with full management.
